December 5 - Best Christmas Ads

For some, the Christmas season kicks off when the advertisements are released. The feeling of 'unwrapping' branded creativity through a digital marketing campaign packed with humour, picturesque scenes, and relatable characters can bring some much needed holiday cheer. Each year the anticipation is more abundant than the year prior. From the beloved John Lewis ad featuring Moz the Monster, to M&S teaming up with Paddington Bear, and the comical return of Aldi's Kevin the Carrot, this year is no exception when it comes to the best Christmas adverts! December 6 - Saint Nicholas Day

The holiday season brings with it a variety of traditions, folklore, and history. Although not as widespread and celebrated in the UK, the observance of Saint Nicholas day across European countries is a significant time, especially in the lead up towards Christmas Day. Celebrations can include children receiving small gifts and sweets in their shoes or under a pillow, a large meal or feast with family and friends, and attending a special Mass service. The emphasis of the day is to focus on giving rather than receiving.
