Knowledge transfer and user training
It was essential that the SGP marketing team could manage the content confidently and easily once the new website was live.
This knowledge transfer was achieved by the creation of a bespoke CMS usage guide, delivering a content management training programme and supporting the marketing team with content entry and crafting in the run up to go-live.
Additionally, to help ensure that the new content was search engine friendly and optimised user experiences, we also provided SGP with editorial copywriting guidelines.
