Shola
Sholas entry for the Bake Off was a tray of Mixed Chocolate Chip Cupcakes with Vanilla Icing, and after weeks of Shola telling us he didn’t bake we were not sure what to expect. However there was no need to worry as his cupcakes were perfectly light and fluffy, with lovely creamy icing and a variety of chocolate chips to top it all off. (Unfortunately they were eaten before a photo was taken)
Sri
Sri had been worried for week about what to make as like Shola, she had never baked before. Sri still hasn’t baked as her entry was an outstanding White Chocolate and Berry Cheesecake. The flavours went together perfectly and the cheesecake was made even better by Sri’s homemade berry sauce which smelled amazing. I am also sure Sri will score very highly for her presentation, which brought a flavour of summer into the Obergine office.
