The latest publications

IFNH members produce a vast range of material including peer reviewed scientific papers, position papers and project reports, and the site brings these together.

To ensure that members are kept up to date with the latest food science research the University of Reading’s Central Archive populates the IFNH website publications area in real time.

To make content easy to find and digest, the website organises project and case study content across the themes of Food Chain Sustainability, Food Processing, Cardiometabolic Health, Brain Health, Gut Health and Behaviour & Consumer Trust.
